About The Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager, as a dedicated and agile Site Manager, you will manage and lead the day-to-day operations in two 24/7 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in West Sydney. With your strong coaching and mentoring skills, you will support a team of Disability Support Workers to develop and implement best practice.
