6 month FTC Accounts Payable Clerk - 25,000 - 30,000 Slough, Berkshire (4 days a week in the office) Trace Recruit is delighted to be supporting the Accounts Payable Manager of a leading business services organisation, who is on the hunt for an Accounts Payable Clerk to support for 3 to 6 months. Our client is a global industry leader, delivering innovative solutions to their clients. This exciting opportunity will work closely with the AP Manager and will be responsible for the day-to-day processing of invoices, reconciliations and preparing payment runs. About Your New Role:
Log all purchases (supplier invoices and credit notes).
Scanning and processing invoices.
Account for the correct treatment of VAT on expense invoices.
Carry out reconciliations of supplier accounts.
Preparing weekly/monthly payment runs.
Updating the AP ledger with all payments made
