Job description
Our client, a global consultancy, is seeking highly skilled Applications Support Engineers to support and maintain critical production applications. Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on technical support and maintenance for a range of engineering and asset management applications, including:
Prometheus Group - Engica Q4
Hexagon - PlantState Suite Integrity (PAS)
Automation Integrity (PAS/Hexagon)
Quorum Energy Components (SaaS)
Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical problems.
Assist users with their application usage.
Maintain a strong understanding of the specific features and functionality of these applications.
Requirements:
Strong technical skills and experience/ exposure in application support.
In-depth hands-on knowledge of at least one or more of the following applications: Prometheus Group - Engica Q4, Hexagon - PlantState Suite Integrity (PAS), Automation Integrity (PAS/Hexagon), or Quorum Energy Components (SaaS).
