We are looking for a Customer Experience Support Coordinator to join our team at ABI Interiors on a full-time basis, working out of the beautiful Design Centre in Chelsea Harbour. We are seeking an individual who understands the needs of our customers and excels in building strong relationships.
What you will be doing:
Work to ensure a consistent ABI Interiors customer experience across all touchpoints
Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Handle inquiries across online chat, phone and email with empathy and professionalism
Meticulously manage product returns, process refunds/store credit and warehouse transfers
Develop a trusted relationship with external Third-Party Logistics
Maintain accurate customer and warranty records
Monitor and service all ABI Interiors review platforms and uphold brand voice on social media
Support the wider team in daily tasks and collaborate to a high standard
