About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Systems Analyst who enjoys being part of a team and who shares our passion to help our businesses grow and succeed!
Working from our office in Macquarie Park, this position will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency our internal operational and IT system and promoting system process automation. Some duties may include (but not be limited to):
Liaising and working with company users, clients, and external IT teams (such as developers and programmers) to formulate, and document the requirements of the companywide systems including but not limited to SIFS (Solo Integrated Facility Systems),
Analyse business procedures and work practices to mitigate risks, identify systems malfunctions and recommend viable solutions,
Develop system guidelines, a training manual and perform the necessary training on system processes for the organization to ensure user satisfaction,
Schedule regular system testing to ensure technical compatibility is achieved,
Ensure adherence to the budget and due dates is met by developing project management mythologies and analysing the project feasibility and cost involved,
Maintain and perform regular reviews of the data by generating the necessary reports to assess the efficiency, accuracy, and improvements of the systems,
Oversee the implementation of new systems and upgrading of existing systems,
About You
The successful applicant must be a team player with the ability to deliver exceptional service to our staff, customers, and contractors. The position requires a highly organised individual with a multidisciplinary skillset and the ability to provide detailed system analysis reporting and provide solutions for operational systems.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualification in a relevant information technology field
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the related field
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Team player with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service,
Proven superb ability to investigate, analyze, conceptualize, and report,
Experience in ICT projects in one or more of the following sectors: service, or retail.
A valid police/ criminal history check
The position is a full time permanent position 38 hours per week.
