Exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, professional, well-presented and dedicated entry level or experienced Real Estate Professional to begin, progress & flourish in their career.

Become the first point of contact to Vendors, Buyers, Rental Providers & Renters in Melbourne's booming property market.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and follow instructions with precision. They should also be punctual, proactive, dependable, and courteous, displaying a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist or direct queries to the relevant departments
Answer all incoming telephone enquiries
Provide administration support to Property Management & Sales departments
Assist with marketing campaigns and advertising schedules
Maintain neatness and cleanliness of the reception area and conference rooms
Ensure all stationary, letterhead and other such items are ordered and stocks maintained

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
The ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team.
Exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to adapt around office requirements.
Be polished and presentable.
An agents Representative Certificate.
