We are seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to join our team on a casual basis. You will play a key role in delivering an innovative and effective service across the business.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Outbound contact with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients.
- Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform
- Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required.
- Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
