The Role:
Our Australia and NZ business provides a comprehensive portfolio of multidisciplinary engineering skills, with our structural engineers playing a leading and influential role in the development of building projects. We’re currently engaged in a vast array of building projects from world class sporting venues through to commercial properties, healthcare, higher education and research facilities, hotels and resorts, industrial and manufacturing developments.
As a Structural Engineering Intern for the Hobart Stadium project, you will:
- Assist with technical structural engineering design: Support senior engineers in developing and refining design plans.
- Perform general engineering tasks: Help with routine engineering duties to ensure quality standards and process requirements are met.
- Identify areas for improvement: Observe and suggest potential improvements in processes or designs based on hands-on experience and learning.
- Assist the Project Lead with general team management tasks
- Be based in the Hobart Stadium site office but with close liaison with the Melbourne office
