Due to Internal Promotion, we have an exciting opportunity open for an Area Manager to manage our North QLD branches. You will provide leadership and management to our Townsville, Cairns & Mackay branches.
This role can be based from Townsville, Cairns or Mackay.
Our North QLD Area Manager will:
- Manage multiple branches to create a culture of performance excellence in all aspects of service delivery.
- Manage multiple branches to achieve budgeted profit and loss performance
- Work from/visit each branch regularly to provide management & leadership that creates a culture of high performance and service delivery.
- Undertake business development activities in order to grow existing and new business across these branches.
- Oversee recruitment, induction and training of new staff
- Undertake a minimum of monthly supervision with all direct reports.
