As Commis Chef, you’ll assist our chefs in preparing and cooking meals across various outlets, including breakfast, dinner, and room service. We’re looking for a versatile candidate who can work across multiple sections, including cold larder, à la carte, and breakfast. You'll manage mise en place, monitor stock levels, and ensure all food is stored according to the highest health and hygiene standards.
