EUC - Technical Specialist position

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
Communicating with people and providing amazing ICT customer service
In-person/phone/email support and responding to support tickets (Service NOW ticketing system) from our customers
Setting up and supporting computers, meeting rooms, printers, etc.
Audit meeting rooms to ensure they are ready for use and provide software and hardware end-user support to consumers.
Undertake routine maintenance of Endeavour group-owned technology equipment.
Liaise with 3rd party vendors to arrange warranty repairs of hardware.
Have a friendly, easygoing personality with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Conduct site visits and offer IT support to local ALH hotels, EGL Depot and the wider EGL business.
Provide exceptional customer service with patience, empathy, and understanding
Maintain Asset and Configuration management
Staff training, development, and maintenance of procedural documentation and user guides
