Providing on-site technical support to educational institutions, SMB, and government clients.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Planning, managing, and executing equipment replacement and IT system upgrades.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network components.
Implementing and maintaining security policies to protect IT systems from viruses and threats.
Collaborating with team members on a range of IT projects and technology upgrades.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Windows Servers, AD, DHCP, DNS, NPS.
OS deployment and management (WDS, MDT, SCCM, MacOS, iOS, Chromebook).
Group Policy, Mobile Device Management (Jamf School, AirWatch).
G-Suite administration.
Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python).
Network devices (Routers, Switches, WAPs).
Backup technologies (Veeam).
ConnectWise and Labtech.
Virtualisation (Hyper-V, VMware).
Previous experience working in the Education or MSP environment is advantageous.
