We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our clients Leadership Team. This role involves managing all aspects of HR generalist functions, with a strong focus on providing exceptional human resource services to support employees throughout their entire lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR generalist advice and support to management and staff, with excellent customer-focused approach to HR service delivery.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations (ER), industrial relations (IR), HR administration, and process improvements in Work Health and Safety (WHS) and HR projects.
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and the ability to advise accordingly.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently in a standalone role and be proactive in your approach.
Act as a key leader within the business, working closely with the CEO and Executive team
