The Opportunity
Applications are now open for our Karratha Pathways, offering a structured upskilling pathway for individuals looking to start a career in the Energy industry.
Participants will complete a Certificate II in Engineering with the local TAFE and simultaneously gain experience as a Trade Assistant with Monadelphous. On-the-job and classroom-based training will provide the opportunity to gain essential skills to work within the industry. This will be further supported through the completion of additional licenses and tickets.
