We are currently seeking multiple Trainer Assessors to join our clients established team. Working a 7/7 dayshift roster, approximately 10 hours per day, local to Bunbury. The successful candidate will provide advice, training and assessment on mobile plant equipment in an open cut mining operation. Candidates must be within 1 hours commute of Bunbury or willing to relocate to the area. Please note, there is no relocation costs provided. Role Description:
Ensuring that the assessment activity complies with the principles of assessment (validity, fairness, reliability, flexibility, authenticity, currency)
Training and refreshing qualifications on various equipment
Further Development of personnel
Creating plans and delivering site training objectives
Developing retraining
