Job description:
-Ensure all staff have current RSA certificate.
-Ensure that the company has recorded copies of all active staff RSA in the office folder.
-Ensure RSA register is up to date and current at all times.
-Ensure all staff adhere to all RSA regulations at all times.
-Ensure effective control of all stock and assets, ensuring any transfer of stock to other venues is correctly recorded.
-Assist the venue manager in setting and achieving monthly sales targets.
-Oversee and manage all till operations, keeping track of complimentary drinks, wastage, and knock offs.
-Accountability over all complimentary beverages and beverage promotions.
-Ensure all tills are correctly floated at the commencement of each shift and have enough change at all times.
-Supervising deliveries of stock and product, checking delivery notes and ensuring everything is in order.
-Ensuring all stock received has been correctly accounted for and entered into H&L prior to being put on sale. This includes any new product lines.
-Assist the venue manager in improving the financial operational margins of the business by reducing costs, wastage, and maximising revenue opportunities.
-Develop an ongoing understanding of “hourly totals” during trading hours, so as to improve your knowledge of the business and streamline ongoing operations and expenses.
-Assist in the management of all staff breaks.
-Assist in the management of all staff training to ensure the standards of precision and efficiency.
-Oversee bussies and ensure the relevant duties are explained and carried out.
-Assist in the management of all incidents, filing all relevant reports and information where necessary.
Qualifications/Attributes:
-Must have a Diploma in Hospitality or higher or 3 years of work experience in lieu of the required qualification.
-Must have 2 years of relevant work experience.
-Must possess a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
-Must possess advanced IT, computing, and online skills.
-Strong organisational and time management skills.
-Excellent verbal, written, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 p.a. excluding superannuation.
