At Haven Beach Restaurant & Kiosk Terrigal we have an exciting opportunity for position of Chef De Partie.
The position is full time
• Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality
• Plan menus, specials, and function menu’s.
• Estimate food and labour costs
• Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages
• Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other
cooking equipment
• Prepare meat, poultry, fish, vegetables and salads
• Cook food as per menu or dietary requirements
• Season food during cooking and Marinade foods
• Portion food.
• Plating meals and garnishes on plates
Suitable candidate should ideally have Cert III or Cert IV level culinary qualifications and extensive experience at similar level.
