Your new Role
Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, your duties and responsibilities will involve.
Develop and maintain an accurate and complete costs estimate for each project, including variations and contingency planning
Ensure we have a thorough costs estimate and associated scope of work and materials.
Effective internal liaison to ensure accurate specification and costing of variations and selections
Ensure costing and logistic risks and conflicts are quickly identified, communicated, and mitigated/resolved
Identify opportunities for cost control, job efficiency, and/or continuous improvement
