About the role:
The Data Analyst will be joining the Customer Data office and will play a crucial role within an ongoing data uplift programme. Liaise with a variety of technical and business stakeholder and the DevSecOps squad to ensure the insights are understood and actionable - some of the responsibilities include:
Analyse and collate complex datasets to support technical requirements and data uplift initiatives
Leverage your technical skills to perform sophisticated distributional and statistical insights and analytics work to support business initiatives
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into informative dashboards
Ensure dashboard infrastructure and assets are maintained to meet stakeholder SLAs
Investigate and resolve any data quality issues that emerge from upstream data processing issues
