Ambrose Construct Group are one of Australia's leading insurance builders. Due to National expansion, we are looking for a full-time Office based Make Safe Coordinator to work from our office in Dandenong.
Servicing multiple insurers in providing a dedicated water response, you will triage the claim with the customer, mobilise restorers and trades to attend and coordinate the make safe of water damaged properties before handing the site over to a Building Estimator to scope the resultant damage.
Please note: This is an office-based role, not site based.
The role:
Full time hours on a rotating roster
Schedule and maintain Make Safe trade, customer and estimator appointments
Review and follow up reports from trades
Liaise with trades to ensure reports are accurate and submit to our clients
