We are currently seeking a Commis Chef (Full Time) to join our talented kitchen team. You will be instrumental in the delivery of food that becomes a story told often by guests of the Lancemore Milawa Hotel.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Measuring meal ingredients accurately for the senior chefs
Assist in creating & refining menu items, offering input & creativity in presenting appealing & innovative dishes
Preparing meals by washing, peeling, and chopping fruits and vegetables and seasoning different kinds of meat
Preparing basic salads and sauces for meals, as directed by the chef de partie
Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items are received and are good quality
