Job Title: Fitter/Machinist
Location: Mascot OR Moorebank, NSW
Company Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fitter/Machinist to join our client's workshop team located in either Mascot or Moorebank.
Role Overview: As a Fitter/Machinist, you will leverage your extensive experience in a workshop environment to manufacture components based on engineering drawings and samples. This position offers ongoing opportunities with the potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacture components using information from engineering drawings and samples.
Operate and work with manual/Centre Lathes, Milling machines, Radial Drills, Band Saws, Circular Saws, Pedestal Grinders, and Horizontal Boring machines.
Cut materials to length.
Read and complete Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Inspection Test Certificates (ITCs).
To Be Considered:
You must be a qualified and experienced Fitter/Machinist with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
