The Opportunity to join our Team and make a difference Anglicare Southern Queensland are currently hiring a Senior Technical Support Officer on a Full Time Permanent basis . The successful candidate will join our ICT team who are a key pillar of Anglicare's corporate office, ensuring our workers can continue to do their job in support Queenslanders. The successful candidate will support the team by providing help-desk IT support to all organisational business units, and act as the second point of call for user issues with a focus on IT end user devices, networking, printer and Citrix support. The role is also responsible for logging, documenting, and tracking IT issues, and complying with organisational policies and procedures.
