About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Production Supervisor to join the masonry team located in Middle Swan. The role works alongside and supervises the Shift Supervisors and their teams to ensuring their duties are completed in a safe and efficient manner for the effective operation of the masonry manufacturing process. This leadership role provides support and training to fixed plant operators as and when required.
Your role will include:
Work with Shift Supervisors to monitor prestart checks of machinery to ensure any machinery problems are addressed.
Ensure production machinery and equipment is being operated in a safe and responsible manner.
Understand and follow all operational and isolation procedures and ensure they are understood
