Your new role
Plan, coordinate, and manage company events, client meetings, and seminars.
Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Supervising the Receptionist and ensuring visitors, clients, and staff have a professional and welcoming reception.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless event and office management.
Manage the office budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
Assist the HR team with onboarding and office orientation for new hires, including coordinating IT access.
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment for clients and staff.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in event planning, office management, and reception duties, preferably within a professional services or accounting firm.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
