Are you an experienced Property Manager ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated and professional Property Manager to join our boutique agency in Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
Main point of contact for a portfolio of properties and clients
Maintaining accurate client/property records within the document management system
Managing maintenance requests and coordinating repairs
Handling rent reviews, lease renewals, and tenancy agreements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and property regulations
Your Skills and Experience:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in managing a property portfolio
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of customer service
Notable attention to detail and problem solving skills
Proven ability to work autonomously
Must Have:
QLD Certificate of Registration
Valid driver's licence
Minimum 1 year experience in Residential Property Management
