The Regional Sales Manager, Corporate Sales is responsible for identifying and generating new business with Enterprise level companies across their region. In partnership with the Director, Commercial International Growth, this role defines the strategic direction for their territory, as well as leads and mentors a team of Account Executives to execute that vision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the sales effort including prospecting, opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, and account hand-off
- Ensure the attainment of assigned sales quotas by leading the sales process and providing director and recommendations to improve sales
- Lead, partner with, guide and motivate a team of Account Executives to develop account plans to generate net new logos and increase sales revenue
- Partner with the Director, Commercial International Growth to design and execute strategies to sell into Enterprise
- Motivate sales team to exceed sales quota
- Other duties as assigned
