The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Team Leader to join the Spendless Finance Team. You will play a pivotal role delivering exceptional customer experiences to our Shoe Crew, leading the payroll team, and most importantly ensuring all our team members are paid accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading and developing a payroll function, within a similar sized business, whilst maintaining a hands-on approach to business-as-usual activities.
