About the role
You will be leading our dedicated and task focused complex and legal recovery specialists to ensure the best client and company outcome is achieved whilst delivering consistently high levels of service to each and every stakeholder. To achieve this, it is critical to maintain a service and cost focused outcome that can deliver in the areas of Timeliness, Quality & Cost
Key Responsibilities
Delivering superior financial, service and effectiveness outcomes in line with key performance indicators and overall department and company objectives (including but not limited to legal spend)
Coach, train and mentor direct reports using technical expertise to pursue saving opportunities
Conduct regular, ad hoc and monthly performance reviews with direct reports to ensure alignment with goals and overall objectives are being met
Develop and implement processes to ensure maximum saving potential is recognised within the team, using technical knowledge and file management skills
