Lead a team of Graphic Designers and Multimedia Designers
The Role
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager and Creative Director, and with 6 direct reports, the purpose of this role is to lead the design team and execute Art Director responsibilities effectively.
You will interact and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate production of marketing collateral, provide coaching, mentoring, advice and guidance to your team of graphic designers
Assist the Creative Director and the Marketing Team, with execution of the groups advertising and marketing material ensuring the companys brand positioning and integrity is maintained
Planning, managing, and executing on-location photoshoots, both in our internal photography studio and on location.
