Purpose of the role
The Internal & Change Communications Specialist will oversee the change communications, engagement and adoption of enterprise-wide communication channels such as Slack, Google Suite and the company intranet. This role requires a high level of stakeholder engagement and highly developed change management communications skills.
The role
Plan and execute change management communications plans and activities to support the implementation and engagement of technology systems (e.g., Slack) across the business.
Deliver scalable communications solutions to engage employees and drive change adoption.
Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across different levels of the business.
Proactively manage stakeholder activities and issues.
Provide leaders with tools and templates to support and enhance integration and adoption.
Lead the Change Champion network.
Collaborate with A&Gs Learning and Development team to maintain training plans.
