We are seeking an enthusiastic Property Manager to join our Place Albany Creek team! Opening its doors in , the team has more than a decade of combined experience specialising in Brisbanes ever growing north-eastern corridor. Our ideal candidate will be an engaging communicator with strong time management skills. Attention to detail is crucial in this role and helps make a positive difference to our clientele. Ideally you will have experience successfully managing a portfolio of properties and exposure to collaborating with external vendors. The role also comes with the opportunity to be trained and upskilled as a leading PM. Responsibilities:
Continuing to nurture and boost existing client relationships
End to end portfolio management - assisting landlords to maximise their assets whilst managing arrears
Actioning maintenance and repairs
Conduct periodic property inspections
