Hourly Rate: Up to $48 per hour (dependent on skills & experience)

Are you passionate about driving quality improvement and fostering a culture of safety in healthcare? EACH is seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Partner in ensuring high-quality, safe services across the organisation.

As a key member of the Quality Improvement and Risk team, you will play an integral role in promoting continuous improvement through effective frameworks and systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to customer safety, clinical practice improvements, and organisational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Contribute to evidence-based quality improvement, incorporating customer experience through all stages of the plan-do-study-act cycle.
  • Assist in preparing for and achieving accreditation and meeting regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Improvement and Risk team to enhance customer safety and clinical practice.
  • Lead Conduct clinical audits, including developing audit tools, data collection, and reporting.
  • Support the review and update of policies and procedures across EACH.
  • Assist in managing clinical incidents and customer feedback to drive improvements.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of organisation-wide processes related to quality and risk management.
  • Manage and update quality management systems and maintain associated records.
  • Analyse data and trends related to quality, risk, and safety, providing insightful reports for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training and education programs to build a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation.
