We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of lifecycle programs within the acquisition phase of the learner lifecycle. This role will be pivotal in driving our CRM segmentation, email, and SMS strategies while collaborating with the broader business for omni-channel segmentation, advertising, web, and advisory.

- Develop and optimise the acquisition lifecycle marketing strategy to attract, nurture, and convert future learners.
Manage contact and segmentation strategy, ensuring compelling messages reach the right audience at the right time.
Collaborate with the wider business on cross-channel journey alignment to deliver a consistent experience across all touchpoints.
Oversee the content strategy for nurture programs, craft compelling email and SMS copy.
Manage, update and craft targeted email marketing templates for nurture, triggered emails and in support of Advisory.
Optimise lifecycle through automation, segmentation, and personalisation.
Evaluate campaign and program performance, embrace experimentation, and provide regular performance reports.
Ensure adherence to privacy regulations and marketing legislation, safeguarding brand reputation.
If you’re ready to make an impact, here’s what we’re looking for
- A strong track record in lifecycle marketing or marketing automation.
- Proven experience in building and executing complex journeys that encompass multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Adobe Campaign, or Braze.
- Skilled at developing emotionally personalised campaigns and driving conversion across various touchpoints.
- Technical proficiency in all aspects of campaign creation and management, with the ability to troubleshoot HTML problems or data issues.
- Familiarity with SQL for troubleshooting and data management.
- Deep understanding of CRM (data fields/structures) and their application within lifecycle marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating great user experiences.

- Ability to collaborate and influence people across the business.
