Responsibility:
Primarily provide support to the Senior System Administrator and Infrastructure Manager.
Assist with the resolution of complex customer requests including software migration issues, desktop support, integration of applications and incident response.
Participate and engage with various security undergoing projects.
Participates in the planning and execution of systems and infrastructure deployment, systems upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
Represents Infrastructure & Security Team on projects impacting on infrastructure deployment, systems upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
Prepares documentation for systems including preparing and maintaining systems documentation
Liaise with ICT Teams to ensure the Support Teams are informed and up to date.
Defines scope, plans and produces deliverables for assigned projects in collaboration
