This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting graduate or an Accounting professional with less than 12 months experience who is available to start a new role immediately.
Reporting ton the General Manager of Finance, you will be working as part of a small team of 6 supporitng with the end to end processing of the accounts payable function. Your duties will include
Review, verify, and process incoming invoices for payment while ensuring accuracy.
Accurately enter financial data into SAP and maintain organized records.
Assist in reconciling accounts payable records with vendor statements.
Prepare and schedule payments according to company policies.
Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist in generating reports
