Our Opportunity
Galintel is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to become the first point of contact for all internal and external customer inquiries. This position is a full-time permanent role, based in Narellan NSW.
Duties will include:
Providing support for all intercompany queries, orders, logistics and all other aftermarket export orders.
Prioritising jobs and ensuring effective communications at all times.
Attend customer service calls and queries within required SLA time frames.
