Are you ready to step into a key role at one of New Zealands leading hotel groups? Were seeking a dynamic Central Reservations Manager to oversee our dedicated team of reservations specialists, based in our Corporate Support Team in Christchurch. Reservations are the beating heart of our operations and youll be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient bookings across our 18 hotels throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific along with our network of independent brands. What will I do:
Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a talented team of reservation agents, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service in every guest interaction.
Maximise Occupancy & Revenue: Monitor booking trends, help forecast regional occupancy and work closely with our hotel Managers to ensure occupancy is optimised. You'll also collaborate with Sales teams and Marketing teams to ensure were always setting the most competitive
