About the Role:
We are seeking Retail Supervisors to join our team located in Australind, WA! Our aim is to make our Customers and Employees experience at Spudshed a welcoming and engaging one!
Responsibilities:
• Retail Supervisors responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Maintain service standards by developing your team and ensuring correct house-keeping is maintained for cleanliness and safety
• Driving team culture in line with Spudshed values
• Ensuring that customer receive prompt service and quality goods and services Responding to customer queries and complaints about goods and services
• Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties
• Employee management (interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, performance management, dismissing, promoting staff, and resolving staff grievances)
• Instructing staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales procedures
• Examining returned goods and deciding on appropriate action
• Taking inventory of goods for sale and ordering new stock
• Ensuring that goods and services are correctly priced and displayed
• Ensuring safety and security procedures are enforced
About you:
• Previous experience (1 year or more) in a management/supervisory role
• AQF Certificate II or Ill
• Strong analytical and problem solving
• Strong communication skills
Salary range $65,835 - $68,000 dependent on experience
