As the Restaurant Manager at Something French, you will oversee the entire restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining our high standards, managing staff effectively, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency in service.
Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver high-standard customer service.
Manage inventory and procure supplies while maintaining cost-effective operations.
Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Resolve customer issues with tact and professionalism to maintain a positive reputation.
Conduct staff training, scheduling, recruitment, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and special events.
Duties Include:
Daily management of the restaurant, including overseeing staff and dining area.
Coordinating with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
Managing the restaurant budget, including costs and revenues, to maximize profitability.
Ensuring all areas of the restaurant are clean and welcoming at all times.
Planning and managing special events, including catering and private bookings.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining setting.
