• Craft and refine menus while managing the costs of food and labor, and overseeing supply orders to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of dish quality throughout preparation and presentation phases, ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to culinary excellence.
• Collaborate with management and staff to address food preparation intricacies, adapting techniques to suit dietary requirements and dining preferences.
• Provide guidance and share expertise with kitchen staff on culinary techniques and food safety practices, fostering a learning environment.
• Lead the culinary team in preparing and cooking a diverse array of dishes that align with our coastal-inspired theme.
• Uphold and advocate for stringent hygiene and food safety regulations throughout all areas of kitchen operations.
