Pat-Group on behalf of Scooterama is seeking an experienced Motorcycle Mechanic to join their friendly and hard-working team located in Fitzroy North Vic.
A one-stop shop where you can find a huge selection of scooters and motorcycles from world’s popular manufacturers from Iconic Brands Honda, Kymco, Lambretta, Peugeot and Fonz Moto Electric.
Some of the duties you will be required to perform include;
Listen to engines, examine vehicle frames to determine nature of malfunction or damage
Replace defective parts
Repair or adjust vehicle subassemblies and other parts
Dismantle engines and repair or replace defective parts
Connect test panels to engines and measure generator output, ignition timing or other engine performance indicators
Testing and adjusting mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance
Complete and maintain service and inspection documentations ensuring its compliance
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Desirable traits and skills that will highly be regarded:
Experience Required: min 3 years in relevant role.
Required Licence or Certification: Qualification in motorcycle mechanics, Driver’s license, Motorcycle licence (Preferred).
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Strong diagnostic abilities
Self-motivated, organised, punctual and reliable
Must have great work ethics
