We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The role requires a hands-on manager who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, driving team performance, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
Key responsibilities:
- lead, train, and manage the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operation;
- oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, adherence to health and safety regulations;
- develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance guest experience;
- build strong relationships with guests, ensuring their expectations are exceeded at every visit;
- collaborate with the Head Chef to maintain menu standards and ensure food quality;
- manage budgets, control costs, analyse financial performance to achieve revenue targets;
- implement staff training programs to promote service excellence and teamwork;
- handle guests complaints and ensure quick resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- proven two years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in similar leadership role within a high volume restaurant environment;
-strong leadership and people management skills;
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilitities;
- a passion for delivering outstanding customer service;
- strong business acumen with a focus on driving sales and managing costs.
Annual salary - $75, 000 - $80, 000 + Superannuation
