You'll be a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer with experience of M365 and Azure capable of handling escalations from the 1st and 2nd line engineers. You'll be working with an impressive team of highly skilled and experienced engineers, in a well run environment using and supporting modern technology. What youll be doing:
Providing remote/hybrid 3rd Line Support
Acting as an escalation point for Tier 1 and 2 Technical Support Engineers
Working within a well managed service desk environment diagnosing and resolving issues
Undertake project work as required
What youll bring to the role:
Experience in M365, Active Directory, Azure administration at level
