We, at COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS is seeking an individual to commence a Flooring Apprenticeship, working full time. This 4-year apprenticeship is designed to provide you with the practical skills as a floor finisher at an entry level qualification.
Our host client, a highly recognised supplier in this industry is based in Townsville and now seeking an individual who is fit and keen to learn, reliable and hard working.
The apprenticeship will include :
Receive and prepare floor covering materials
Handle dangerous goods/ hazardous substances
Read and interpret work documents
Plan and cost flooring technology work
You are able to further specialise in many areas like timber, carpet, concrete, laminates, vinyl
