About the role:
Our client is a national organisation within the manufacturing industry who has a fantastic company culture and provide flexible working conditions. An opportunity as arisen for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to work on a 12 month FTC whilst the company is going through a system implementation project.
This is a hands-on payroll position within a large, growing organisation and will involve managing the end to end Australian Payroll process for the company.
Your responsibilities include:
Ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate, direct and control payroll preparation, processing and distribution
Uphold high customer service standards and protocols across the business
Develop strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders (Executives, HR, Finance)
Use your system experience to ensure staff are well trained and payroll systems are running at their best
