We are currently seeking SMP Mechanical Supervisors with an excellent knowledge of fixed plant construction practices for an immediate start on a role that will go through to March .
About the role:
You will provide leadership and guidance to all trades and supporting staff to construct new processing plant infrastructure.
You will be supported in the role and encouraged to guide and develop your team with an emphasis on safe practices and high standards.
About you: Mechanical trades background.
Excellent knowledge of ROM / Conveyor / Gearbox construction
Experience leading high performing teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills.
Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels.
Experience in conflict resolution and mediations.
Excellent organization and planning skills.
Strong coaching, mentoring and change management skills.
Minimum Ticket Requirements:
Valid C Class Driver's License
Mechanical Trade Certificate
