Accounts Payable Assistant, London Media Production & Visual Effect Company, Paying 29,000 An exciting large media production & visual effects company is currently looking for a Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. We are seeking Accounts Payable Assistant who is an enthusiastic individual, meticulous, possesses a strong numerical acumen, and has a keen interest in Media. You will be responsible deadlines are met and paid accurately and on time. This includes accurately identifying payments received, inputting these into their system, preparing payment batch reports, handling queries both internal and external. Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of and manage end to end the weekly Accounts Payable Payment Process.
Identify and allocate payments received from different departments.
Meticulously input payments received into the Software Systems
Promptly address inquiries generated from the payment batch review.
