Our clinic in Five Dock is currently seeking Contact Centre Agent to join the team.
These roles are permanent full time positions working Monday - Friday, working eight hour shifts between 8am-5:30pm . We also offer flexible rostering options to work within your availability, including part-time opportunities.
Role Overview:
As a Contact Centre Agent , you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include
Answering phone calls for bookings across the Inner West region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.
What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
