About the Role:
This role focuses on providing business-as-usual (BAU) support across 173 entities using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Financial Operations. You'll be responsible for user maintenance, issue resolution, and ensuring seamless financial operations across the organisation. In addition, you'll play a critical role in coordinating D365 environment changes and maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Your work will involve troubleshooting, managing user requests, testing system changes, and supporting the integration of the D365 platform with financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for D365 Finance and Operations Core Modules including core modules from GL, AR, AP & Fixed Assets and the Procure-to-Pay solution.
Manage and resolve user requests and issues in a multi-company environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 releases.
Coordinate environment changes and ensure compliance with best practices.
